We have a variety of recognition programs in place to ensure that exceptional performance doesn’t go unnoticed. One way we do this is through our Kudos and Shoutouts Teams channel, where every Britizens can give shout outs, virtual high fives, and share their appreciation to their peers, managers, or other cross functional team members. We also feature team members who embody Britive’s core values on a segment we call Brightest Bulb during our All-Minds meetings. This spotlight not only recognizes an individual’s achievements for going above and beyond but also ties in and reinforces the importance of our company values in driving company success. In addition to recognizing professional achievements, we also enjoy celebrating personal milestones from birthdays to Britiversary (work anniversary), we regularly post on our Teams channel to greet our Britizens and BRIghten their day! Lastly as a token of our gratitude, on our recent Employee Appreciation Day, we invited our team to treat themselves to lunch on us. Though it may seem like a small gesture, it truly went a long way as it boosted team’s spirit and showed that the company values and are grateful to our Britizens.
