Remote culture doesn’t build in the same way as in the office. While the leadership team is instrumental in setting the tone and leading by example, we all have to play a consciously active role in contributing to it. We help employees do this by providing numerous resources in our Work From Home Guide, which includes training on how to share (and receive) effective feedback, setting communication expectations, and providing organization and time management tools as well as best practices for things like Slack and Zoom etiquette.
