    2. Engaging: We want to make Panther an exciting place to be a part of. Employees get recognized in our #kudos channel and quarterly awards. Once a month we come together as a company to play games, celebrate culture, etc. We encourage a culture of feedback to help employees feel valued and involved in Panther’s growth. Candidate surveys are given to give us insights on how well we are doing and areas we can grow.

By instilling a sense of empathy and dedication within the teams here, leaders help cultivate a culture where every Pantherino is committed to creating memorable experiences with customers. We have regular training, sharing customer feedback, and celebrating successes that result from outstanding customer service.  “Be an Owner” - The leadership team demonstrates accountability, initiative, and a proactive mindset. With Panther being a startup, leadership is close with the teams to empower them to take ownership and encourage them to make an impact. We foster a culture of trust and performance and leadership helps employees here feel invested in the success of Panther.
