At Tilt, recognizing and rewarding employee achievements is a cornerstone of our culture. We believe in celebrating success at every level, ensuring that each milestone is acknowledged and appreciated for its contribution to our mission. During our annual, in-person, retreats, we host award ceremonies where outstanding contributions are rewarded, and top performers are celebrated in front of their peers. These events are the highlight of our year, a major (happy) cry-fest, and help us foster a sense of camaraderie and accomplishment. Recognition doesn't stop there. Every week, we take time in our meetings to celebrate employees who have hit significant milestones, whether it's completing a major dev project, reaching sales targets, demonstrating exceptional teamwork in the clitch, or celebrating accomplishments unrelated to work entirely. This regular acknowledgment keeps our team motivated and appreciated on an ongoing basis. Additionally, we leverage technology to keep the celebration going daily.
