Our leadership models and holds themselves to our company values. In our all hands meetings, we have an “Oops” section in which we share and celebrate our mistakes. We always begin with one of our leaders, who lead by example. Because we believe that change and culture needs to come from the top & that if we wanna succeed in this market we need to move really fast and that comes with making mistakes. So the real mistake is not making mistakes. Failure is part of speed & growth.

One of our products, TrunkPerform, is an incentives platform that GCs and Manufacturers use to offer their field employees cash rewards for discrete tasks. We use our own product to give our employees spot and milestone bonuses for hard work (as well as for hackathons and other group activities), and always celebrate our #wins in our all hands meetings. We celebrate employees' birthdays, cliff-days, milestones, promotions and personal milestones (kids, marriage, etc.). We have a company wide "HATathon" every quarter, where the winners win custom hats and other stuff.
