High-ownership (we give space to our team to drive outcomes in their areas of expertise), collaborative (our work is extremely cross-functionality and we put a priority on working well together), and mission-oriented (every single week you will hear someone ask if this is what is best for our members, and we prioritize that every single time)

Leadership drives this culture every day in small and big ways — from pushing leaders to make decisions themselves versus just escalating, to reinforcing our focus on the members at every single turn. We want to move fast and build the right things at the right time because our members need us to. We have a responsibility to help improve their lives and we feel that burden every day, in the best way possible. 

We have values-based feedback slack channels where anyone give shout out someone they've worked with who upheld our values, and we do quarterly winners for the "Chappy Awards" (a values-based recognition program where peers nominate others who upheld our values in impactful ways). Winners are highlighted on our intranet site and have physical pictures hanging in our office since we're a hybrid/partially-remote team.
