2. Genuine: Not only is "Be a Genuine Teammate" one of our core values, but it's something we deeply embody, from how we care about each other as Whole Humans, to our desire and willingness to be transparent and candid.

3. Passionate: This team truly cares not just about doing a good job, but for the mission of Cloverleaf and the impact our product has on individuals and teams. 

They live it and role model it. Our co-founders aren't above getting deep into the work when it's needed. They role model the importance of self-care, taking time off, prioritizing family, and role model our core values. 

We partner with Bonusly, a recognition platform, to regularly recognize people living out our core values in day-to-day work. People can recognize peers and earn points that can be redeemed for gift cards. Quarterly, we look at who our "Values Winners" are for each of our five core values and recognize them in our quarterly All-Team meeting. We regularly review our OKRs and KPIs to celebrate where people are having an impact.
