  • During the weekly Friday show & tell sessions, company leaders spotlight team members who have gone above and beyond in their work during the week.  Additionally, HiHello utilizes a #gold-star Slack channel as a platform for team members to shout out their colleagues for their exceptional efforts. This peer-to-peer recognition not only provides immediate acknowledgment but also fosters a sense of camaraderie and teamwork within the company.
