Fast, Forgiving, Fun

As founders, we take our culture extremely seriously especially as a fully in person company! We take tons of inspiration from some of our company role models like Netflix, Zappos, and Amazon to set and maintain our set of company values which drive all of our decision making. As a part of this culture we involve our entire company in ensuring they have a say in the type of workplace we are building. 

Every Friday we hold a company all hands where each team lead discusses the week in review for their team. In addition, we have a section of the all hands called "Suck ups, and Fuck ups" where we spent 15 minutes allowing everyone to give praise to team members for things they did as well as reflect on something they might've messed up that week. This exercise is wonderful for our team as it serves the dual purpose of setting the tone that everyone here makes mistakes and can show appreciation for co-workers across teams.
