At BuildOps, we believe in recognizing and rewarding the hard work and dedication of our team members in meaningful ways. We have a structured "Hero of the Month" program, as well as annual awards, where exceptional contributions are celebrated company-wide. We also lean into a less formal Gratitude program where peers “shout out” the contributions of team members that exemplify living our Core Values.  

Beyond formal recognition, we actively promote from within, offering growth opportunities to those who excel and align with our core values.
