Company culture is a priority for our leadership team and a key personal initiative of our CEO. Our CEO meets monthly with the Tasso “Culture Club”, a diverse and representative team of employee volunteers focused on the company culture. Together, leadership and the Culture Club work to promote and maintain a positive environment for all employees through teambuilding, social events, and open communication.

Tasso encourages both peers and leadership to recognize and reward employee achievements. We coordinate shoutouts at every monthly All Hands meeting to publicly acknowledge peers in a group public setting. We also have an Employee Recognition platform through our HRIS that employees can use to give individual recognition. Even small achievements are rewarded through spot awards with local business gift cards or other perks.
