Exciting: Verve Motion is at an exciting point. We have gained significant customer traction with our wearable robotics product, which is now deployed at over 40 sites across the U.S. and Canada. Our technology has supported lifting more than 500,000,000 pounds, demonstrating its substantial field usage. There are still many interesting business challenges to solve, such as how to expand within accounts, how to scale internationally, and what new products to develop.
Fulfilling: Our innovation - the SafeLift™ exosuit - helps reduce fatigue and injuries among the millions of industrial workers who frequently lift in warehouses and logistics hubs. These jobs are tough, with high rates of fatigue, injury, and employee turnover. Our product not only makes our customers more efficient and cost-effective but also has a direct positive impact on the users' lives.
Collaborative: Teamwork is an integral part of our culture. There are no barriers between teams; when someone needs help, colleagues nearby pitch in. When a department faces a challenge, it's quick and easy to recruit assistance. Customer issues always take precedence—starting with the CEO, we typically drop everything to help a customer facing a problem.

First, we hire with this in mind, seeking individuals who excel not only in their department/function/roles but also people who are mindful of contributing positively to our culture and environment. Second, these principles aren't just written on a plaque or in an employee handbook; we live these ideals every day.

Achievements are recognized in several ways, both online and in person. We have a dedicated Slack channel for celebrating employee accomplishments, and we highlight outstanding performances and results during our weekly all-hands meetings. This culture of recognition is driven from the top by the CEO and management team, as well as by peers.
