Writer recognizes employee achievements during company-wide all hands in the form of shout-outs and highlights. We also have a “shout-out” slack channel where recognition is frequent and consistent. We try to recognize employee’s achievements on a regular basis and throughout day-to-day work, so the “shout-out” slack channel is used almost daily throughout all teams.
