Care is our company value. It is something that is behind every interaction and decision we make. Employees feel the idea of care when they interact with leadership and their peers.   We expect leaders to always demonstrate care and to address situations where an employee does not appear to be acting in a way that fits the company culture.

We utilize the employee recognition functionality in our performance management software (15Five), which also posts the achievements in Slack. We recognize employees at our biweekly All Hands meetings. Employees are very engaged with this process and 5-10 employees receive recognition each week.
