Recognizing and rewarding employee achievements is a key component of our company culture. We have a vibrant and active Kudos Slack channel, anchored in a weekly all-hands session where a handful of Kudos recipients are celebrated. Employee performance is evaluated and celebrated through bi-annual review processes, and each review is accompanied by the opportunity for promotion or merit increases.
