Hybrid

1. Intense: One of our values is intense work, intense rest. It's quite self explanatory but we really live intensely whether it's inside the workplace or outside of it. We are always trying to do our best and push our limits.

2. Empowering: We invest in enabling one another.

3. Transparent: Every meeting in the company is recorded and documented so everyone can do some work to gain the context they need.

It's a very intentional process which we review every half year during our leadership offsites. We of course have it bottoms-up where we run surveys and interviews so we can build culture using data.

We celebrate through get togethers and we customize it per team. For example, with sales development, we run special programs. Our top SDR won a trip to Korea since he wanted to use that for his honeymoon.
