Cinder has three values:  1. Relentlessness 2. Intentionality 3. Empathy. 

We use these values every day, and address them at weekly all-company meeting! We use them when evaluating how or why something succeeded or failed. We use them during our interview process to understand candidate suitability for the company.

1. We host offsites twice a year and at our fall offsite we host the Cinder Awards and give a Cinderblock swag item to a team member that practiced one of our values throughout the year.

2. Leadership hosts a team meeting every Thursday and the meeting kicks off visiting our 3 company values (Intentional, Relentless and Empathetic).  We “popcorn” to team members to nominate who exhibited our values that week as a way of promoting our values

1. We have a #shoutouts channel and a #customerlove channel in Cinder Slack where everyone on the team is encouraged to praise and thank their teammates. 

2. At every company weekly meeting, we take turns asking teammates to identify another teammate who exemplified one of our core values that week (Relentlessness, Intentionality, Empathy). 

3. We have a generous referral bonus program! We love to reward teammates who help us build a truly great company.
