Our co-founders recognize that our culture begins with them. They exemplify our values of customers first, constructive candor, compliant agility, and ambitious outcomes. While our values start with the co-founders, their good example inspires the rest of the leadership team to live our values daily. We call out examples when a team member exemplifies these values and we support each other when it is hard to live up to this example.

We prioritize tools that allow us to recognize employee achievement digitally. We have a tool, Lattice, that allows employees and managers to recognize each other regularly. This tool provides visibility for every employee to acknowledge each other's achievements and celebrate the successful moments as they occur, rather than months later.
