    1. Togetherness: Everyone succeeds when any member of our team does! This extends beyond the confines of our company, whether virtual or physical, and dictates how we engage with everyone in the Humanly ecosystem: employees, advisors, job candidates, customers, partners and more. Every month during our All Hands meeting, we present a pie chart that illustrates the core values we embodied in the previous month. "Be Successful Together" consistently occupies the largest slice on this chart.

Whether you're a new employee or an experienced leader, everyone has the space and opportunity to speak up in company-wide meetings, team-specific gatherings, or through any of our communication channels. We believe that every individual's perspective is valuable and can contribute to our shared success. Our CEO and leadership team actively encourage and values diverse opinions.

  • At Humanly, we acknowledge and reward employee achievements through many channels. Our #wins channel features daily updates on different employees celebrating accomplishments and praising each other for their hard work in our collaborative environment. We also utilize Lattice to enhance our #wins channel, enabling us to track recognition activities among employees and integrate it with our recognition raffle program. Each instance of recognition given or received serves as an entry into the raffle, with a winner selected at random at the end of each month. The winner receives a personal prize and has the opportunity to choose a charitable cause for Humanly's monthly donation. Furthermore, these recognitions are aligned with company values, allowing us to observe and celebrate the values exemplified each month. In addition to our #wins channel and recognition program, we also publicly recognize individuals during our daily company-wide standups and monthly All Hands meetings. The shoutouts are constantly flowing at Humanly. Lastly, during our annual company gathering, we recognize employees via our Human Bean awards. Our employees submit nominations in various categories and winners are announced during our time together.
